A classic in it’s own right

Unlike the original 910, this “ME” version is a collaborative effort between TGR and Monokei, whilst the design is TGR, the manufacturing, QC and sales were done through Monokei. The design stays true to the original, there are modernisation tweaks to the backplate (magnetic) and the inclusion of a usb-c port, but otherwise it’s the same board.

This board stands out with it’s fire engine red colour and stainless steel ’toblerone’ weight on the back. A nice fingerprint magnet.

I built this using MX black switches, aluminum plate and XMI cyrillic red PBT keyaps. This gives a rather muted sound, I’m considering switching up the keycaps to a GMK or DCS set in the future for a higher pitched sound signature.
